Why this exists
Akwa Ibom State faces a generational opportunity: a young population, a coastline rich with renewable potential, and a national mandate to transition to a green economy. GreenAccelerators is the connective tissue — a single place where job creators, training providers, financiers, market buyers, technologists, and policy champions can post real, verifiable opportunities; and where youth and SMEs can find, apply to, and benefit from them.
GreenAccelerators serves a global audience. Visitors from the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, and across Africa use the platform to discover green economy opportunities, access free certified training, and connect with the growing international green economy community. Opportunities on the platform range from local Akwa Ibom roles to fully-funded international fellowships open to applicants worldwide.

Who runs GreenAccelerators
GreenAccelerators is a programme of Clement Isong Foundation (CIF), a youth-led civil society organisation based in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. It is delivered under the ActionAid Nigeria Strategic Partnership Agreement II (SPA II), funded by the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA) and ActionAid Denmark.
The platform is led by Elkanah Oluyori, Executive Director of Clement Isong Foundation, with over 16 years of experience across governance accountability, climate justice, green economy development and civic technology. CIF also builds MyLGAGovTrack and ENOWatch, civic technology platforms tracking governance and elected officials' commitments in Akwa Ibom State.
