1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using greenaccelerators.com, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. What the platform is

GreenAccelerators aggregates and hosts green-economy jobs, training, funding and enterprise opportunities for Nigeria, with a focus on Akwa Ibom State. Some listings are posted by registered stakeholders; others are aggregated from public sources and link out to the original publisher.

3. Accounts

  • Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • One account per person or organisation. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that post fraudulent, misleading or unlawful listings.

4. Posting opportunities

Organisations posting opportunities warrant that the listing is genuine, lawful, and free of discriminatory requirements, and that no fee is demanded from applicants. Listings that request payment from applicants will be removed.

5. Applications

Applying through the platform shares your application and any attached documents with the posting organisation. We do not guarantee a response, an interview, a job, or funding.

6. Aggregated listings and third-party links

Aggregated listings are provided for discovery. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, deadlines or selection decisions. Always verify details with the original publisher before applying.

7. Academy and certificates

Academy certificates recognise completion of the pathway content on this platform. They are not a substitute for accredited national or professional qualifications. Certificates may be revoked where they were obtained fraudulently.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, resell or bulk-extract platform data without written permission.
  • Do not upload malware, spam, or content that infringes another party's rights.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity or your organisation.

9. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a licence to display and distribute it on the platform. Platform branding, editorial content and code remain the property of the operators.

10. Advertising

The platform may display advertising, including third-party ad networks. Advertising is clearly separated from editorial and listing content.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including decisions made in reliance on a listing.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
