WiSER Pioneers Program 2026: Global Sustainability Leadership Opportunity for Young Women

The WiSER Pioneers Program 2026 is a year-long leadership and professional development opportunity designed to equip young women with the skills, knowledge, confidence, and professional networks needed to contribute to the global energy transformation and sustainable development. Initiated under Women in Sustainability, Environment and Renewable Energy (WiSER)—a platform associated with Masdar—the program focuses on nurturing the next generation of women leaders in sustainability, environmental development, renewable energy, energy transition, and related STEM disciplines.

Throughout the one-year duration, participants engage in leadership development, mentorship from experienced global leaders, educational workshops, and international networking. Pioneers gain practical exposure to real-world applications of sustainability principles and participate in high-level global platforms, including Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week and the Annual WiSER Forum. The program aims to empower young women to drive meaningful sustainability solutions within their local communities and internationally.
