Apply for Conservation and Climate Awesome Foundation Micro-Grants

The Awesome Foundation's Conservation and Climate chapter offers micro-grants to support innovative projects focused on nature conservation and climate change. This opportunity is ideal for individuals or small teams with unique ideas that address environmental challenges.

The Conservation and Climate chapter aims to fund innovative and impactful projects that contribute to wildlife conservation, habitat protection, climate change mitigation, ecotourism, or environmental communication. The foundation seeks to empower grassroots initiatives that may not gain attention from larger funding bodies, particularly projects that have a 'tipping point' of $1,000 or less, where the grant will significantly impact project implementation and catalyze broader community inspiration and engagement.

Projects must focus on innovative approaches to wildlife conservation, habitat protection, climate change, ecotourism, or environmental communication. The foundation prefers projects that are close to implementation, offer unique and creative ideas, and can clearly outline how the funds will be spent. Established projects, personal expenses, marketing, salaries, operational expenses, travel expenses, or projects related to politics or religion are not eligible for funding.
