As a Senior Salesforce Developer – Field Service at Omnidian, you will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce Field Service solutions that power our technician experience and field operations. You'll leverage the latest Salesforce AI capabilities to automate workflows, improve technician productivity, and enhance customer experiences while building scalable, secure, and maintainable platform solutions. You are a hands-on Salesforce engineer with deep expertise in Field Service who embraces AI-assisted development and modern engineering practices. You'll partner closely with Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and Engineering teams to deliver intelligent solutions that improve scheduling, dispatching, work execution, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce Field Service solutions using native platform capabilities and custom development.

- Configure and customize Field Service functionality, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories, Work Types, Scheduling Policies, Dispatcher Console, and Field Service Mobile.

- Build modern Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex services, Flows, and Platform Events that support technician and dispatcher experiences.

- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, and automate repetitive development tasks.

- Design and implement AI-powered Salesforce solutions using capabilities such as Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and Model Builder.

- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce Field Service and enterprise applications using REST APIs and event-driven architectures.

- Develop high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, Platform Events, and Custom Metadata.
