Hivos THRIVE Program Hiring for 11 Positions in Kenya, Zimbabwe, Colombia and Lebanon

Hivos has announced a major recruitment drive for its new THRIVE Program (Promoting an Enabling Environment for Civil Society), funded under the Swedish Strategy for Support to Civil Society 2025–2029. The initiative is designed to strengthen the resilience, sustainability, and effectiveness of civil society organisations and actors working in challenging civic environments across Kenya, Zimbabwe, Colombia, and Lebanon.

The program is built around three interconnected outcomes: creating safe and inclusive spaces for collaboration, strengthening operational and strategic capacities of civil society actors, and increasing access to knowledge, networks, tools, and resources.

Recruitment is currently open for 11 positions across multiple functional areas and countries:

The positions span finance, project management, communications, data, monitoring and evaluation (DMEL), and programme support.
