Lattice: Lead Product Manager

Lattice is looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the future of the Lattice MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and the integrations that power Lattice AI. This role represents the connective layer that lets customers use Lattice performance data inside the AI tools they already work in (Claude, ChatGPT, Glean, Microsoft Copilot, and Slack), and brings third-party productivity data (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Linear, Zoom, Asana) into Lattice.

As a Lead Product Manager for MCP & AI Ecosystem, you will:

- Own the MCP and AI ecosystem strategy, defining what features and integrations to pursue and what MCP and AI mean to Lattice and its customers.

- Ship integrations that create leverage, delivering new MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors.

- Build durable foundations, such as authentication, agentic execution frameworks, and evals that make future integrations faster, more scalable, and easier to adopt.

- Act as a technical thought partner to Engineering to help shape technical direction on MCP tool design and third-party integration infrastructure.

- Drive go-to-market strategies with Partnerships and Product Marketing teams.

- Own key outcomes across integration and MCP adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth.
