About this opportunity

The e-MOVE (MOVE-ComCashew) is inviting young and emerging entrepreneurs within the cashew sector to submit innovative business ideas focused on the cashew value chain. The initiative aims to help agripreneurs transform their ideas into investment-ready, climate-smart ventures.

By supporting viable business ideas, MOVE-ComCashew works to ensure that young and emerging Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the cashew sector are better positioned to attract investment and adopt low-emission, climate-resilient practices. This initiative contributes directly to sustainable food systems and rural livelihoods.

Selected winners can receive kickstart support, which includes either 2,000 EUR in direct funding to boost business operations, or digital equipment such as a laptop, tablet, or software to streamline business operations.

Who Can Apply

Applicants must meet the following criteria: - Be an emerging agripreneur in the cashew sector - Be aged 18 years or older - Be based in an Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) member state - Have an innovative agribusiness idea covering any aspect of the cashew value chain.
