Environmental Awareness and Organizational Green Assessment and Action Planning Training

The Environmental Awareness and Organizational Green Assessment and Action Planning Training is a three-day organizational improvement workshop delivered face-to-face or via live online instructor-led training. Designed for cross-functional teams within companies, NGOs, public institutions, schools, and training centres, the programme enables organizations to conduct a practical internal green assessment and convert findings into a measurable action plan.

Over three days, participants cover environmental awareness, energy, water, materials, waste, procurement, transportation, facilities, workplace behavior, employee engagement, and management responsibility. Day One focuses on environmental awareness and defining assessment scope. Day Two covers performance review, scoring current practices, identifying gaps, root causes, risks, and quick wins. Day Three centers on green action planning, setting objectives, indicators, timelines, and monitoring mechanisms.

Participants receive three days of training, a green-assessment checklist, baseline findings matrix, draft green action plan, and a certificate of participation. Contracting organizations may also receive consolidated assessment results, action-plan templates, and workshop reports.
