StockX: Category Manager - Apparel

StockX is expanding how apparel culture shows up on its platform through creator-driven, community-oriented commerce experiences. The Apparel Category Manager is the single-threaded owner of apparel category growth within a new, high-priority commerce initiative. This role is responsible for translating expertise in Fashion & Apparel culture, people, economics, and moments into supply growth, engagement, and GMV.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the growth strategy for apparel within the platform, owning performance across supply, engagement, and revenue.

- Serve as the internal voice and market expert on apparel culture, sub-segments (streetwear, luxury, contemporary, vintage, performance), drops, collaborations, and resale economics.

- Build and own a pipeline of high-impact apparel sellers, shops, designers, influencers, brands, and creators.

- Identify and orchestrate apparel-specific campaigns and activations in partnership with Category Marketing.

- Work closely with Account Managers, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering teams to scale seller acquisition and shape platform features.

- Document learnings, frameworks, and best practices to build the category playbook.
