OSCE Economic and Environmental Dimension Internship 2026 in Vienna and Prague: Applications Open for Young Professionals

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is accepting applications for its Economic and Environmental Dimension Internship 2026. This programme offers students and recent graduates an opportunity to gain practical international experience at the OSCE Secretariat in Vienna, Austria, with an additional duty location in Prague, Czechia.

The internship is designed for emerging professionals interested in fields such as economics, environmental affairs, sustainable development, international development, finance, good governance, anti-corruption, natural-resource management, environmental security, and related policy fields. Working alongside OSCE professionals in a multinational environment, successful candidates may undertake an internship lasting between two and six months.

Depending on the specific placement, responsibilities may involve policy research, project management, drafting reports and briefing materials, financial analysis, event organization, communications, administrative support, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Through this dimension, the OSCE assists its 57 participating States with key challenges that affect regional security and stability, connecting international relations with sustainability and economic governance.
